Business Development Manager – Construction Recruitment

Location: Ipswich / Hybrid options
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + commission

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the construction recruitment market.

This role is ideal for a BDM or recruiter who thrives on winning new business and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new recruitment clients

• Build long-term client partnerships

• Develop and grow a profitable recruitment desk

• Work closely with delivery teams to fulfil roles

• Generate new revenue streams
