Sales Manager – Construction Recruitment

Location: Chelmsford / Hybrid options
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + bonus

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from construction recruitment to lead from the front and drive revenue growth.

This role offers the opportunity to build and grow a high-performing recruitment team with the support of an established business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business development within construction recruitment

• Lead and motivate a small recruitment team

• Manage key client relationships

• Grow desk and team revenue

• Support consultants with client development

• Background in construction recruitment

• Strong personal billing history

• Experience leading recruiters or running a desk/team

• Proven ability to win new business

• Strong client relationship skills
