Learning & Development Trainer £38,000 - £42,000 Full-time, flexible hours

If you enjoy delivering training that actually lands and helping people perform from day one, this could be a strong fit. You'll design and run learning programmes that make a real impact across the business.

What you'll be doing: Learning & Development Trainer

  • Delivering training for new and existing employees.

  • Running inductions and supporting onboarding.

  • Creating and updating training content and materials.

  • Engaging groups and facilitating discussions.

  • Tracking progress and sharing insights with managers.

  • Supporting e-learning and bringing fresh learning ideas into the team.

What you need: Learning & Development Trainer

  • Experience in training, learning delivery, or teaching.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.

  • Confident using Microsoft and Google tools.

  • Able to solve problems and manage an engaged room.

  • Comfortable with flexible hours, including some weekends.
