Sales Director – Construction Recruitment

Location: Essex / Hybrid / flexible for the right person
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + bonus

We are looking for a commercially strong Sales Director to build and scale a construction recruitment division within an established recruitment business.

This is a genuine opportunity for someone who knows how to win business, grow revenue and build a high-performing team.

You will have the backing of an existing operational delivery function, allowing you to focus on client growth, leadership and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a construction recruitment division

• Win new business and develop key client relationships

• Drive personal and team revenue performance

• Support hiring and development of consultants

• Create and execute a growth strategy for the division
