We are a well-established business with a fun, friendly team looking for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor. With a generous commission scheme, this role blends customer service and sales, handling inbound calls and live chat enquiries.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service & Sales Advisor

• Handle incoming calls and assist customers via live chat
• Offer impartial advice on various options
• Convert enquiries into bookings
• Update records in our CRM system
• Process amendments and cancellations for existing bookings

• Excellent customer service skills
• Motivated and calm under pressure
• Great phone manner
• Availability Monday - Friday (9 am - 5.30 pm or 10.30 am - 7 pm), plus one in three Saturdays (9 am-5 pm)
